The LED screen is attached to the footbridge, fronting RHB Bank. Therefore, it has the ability to grab the attention of the drivers as well as the passerby who use the footbridge to cross the heavy traffic road. In fact, the bright and colourful feature of the LED screen can communicate the information to the audience effectively. When the drivers are stuck in the traffic jam, they will be distracted by the LED screen.
